According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday, Pakistan’s military has destroyed 25 Israeli-made Harop drones that India had been sending into the nation since the previous night.
Pakistan lamented the deaths of 31 civilians in midnight Indian military attacks a day earlier, calling New Delhi’s actions “terrorism” and charging it with persistent ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC).
The downing of five Indian fighter jets was hailed by the Pakistani military as a significant triumph, and Indian officials appeared to recognize this when they revealed that at least three of their planes had “crashed” on Indian soil.

Authorities disclosed the amount of the damage suffered by Indian strikes at six areas on Wednesday, as both nations continued to exchange heavy artillery fire: Ahmedpur East, Muridke, Sialkot, and Shakkargarh in Punjab, and Muzaffarabad and Kotli in Azad Kashmir.
According to a news release issued today by the ISPR, “The Pakistan Army shot down 25 Israeli-made Harop drones, fully utilizing their soft skills (technical) and hard skills (weapons).”
“India is attacking Pakistan using these Israeli-made Harop drones in panic after the destruction of its five modern jets, drones, and several posts, as well as soldier deaths,” the ISPR press release claimed, referring to Pakistan’s reaction to Indian strikes.
The statement went on to say, “This cowardly attack is a sign of India’s worry and panic.”
According to the military’s media wing, “the debris of these Israeli-made Harop drones is being collected from various locations across Pakistan.” The Pakistan Army was “giving a befitting reply to the enemy and crushing all its nefarious designs,” according to the statement.
In the meantime, the Indian defense ministry acknowledged that its troops attacked several targets in Pakistan this morning. According to Indian news agency ANI News, the Indian military targeted Pakistan’s “air defense system” with Harpy drones. “Later development of the Harpy” is how the Database of Israeli Military and Security Export describes the Harop.

Pakistan allegedly “increased the intensity” of firing at the Line of Control, where the troops of the two nations have been exchanging gunfire for many days, according to the ministry’s statement.
The Harpy is optimized for the function of suppressing enemy air defenses (SEAD) and is built to strike radar systems. According to the ANI report, “it carries a high explosive warhead.”
During a press conference this morning, ISPR Director General Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry stated that since last night, Pakistani forces had destroyed 12 Indian-sent drones. He added that one drone, in addition to the ones that were shot down, partially engaged a military target, injuring four army soldiers.
The ISPR DG listed the sites where 12 of the drones that India had dispatched were destroyed: Sukkur’s Miano, Umerkot’s Chhor, and the area around Karachi in Sindh; Lahore, Attock, Gujranwala, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, and Bahawalpur in Punjab.
Lt. Gen. Chaudhry stated, “Aside from these 12, one drone was able to partially engage a military target near Lahore.”
He stated, “This attack near Lahore has injured four Pakistan Army men and partially damaged some equipment.”
The DG ISPR added that one civilian in Miano accepted martyrdom and another was hurt as a result of India’s drone activity.
The military’s media spokesperson also displayed a number of images displaying the drone debris during the press briefing. The debris and fallen drones were being gathered from several sites, he added.
He added, “The armed forces are on high alert and neutralizing them as we speak, and the process of India sending across these Harop drones, this naked aggression, continues.”
The DG ISPR declared, “This is a serious, serious provocation.”
He went on to say, “The Indians have turned to these measures after they failed miserably on the night of May 6 and 7, when they attacked places of worship and civilian infrastructure and killed innocent civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.”
Additionally, he stated, “It seems that India has lost the plot after losing five of their aircraft, numerous drones, and suffering significant casualties and damage along the Line of Control.”
Lt. Gen. Chaudhry claimed that instead of following a route of reason, it is intensifying in a highly charged setting in order to appease the Indian government’s conceited attitude.
“The path that India is taking through this extremely provocative military aggression in a region that is highly fragile and putting the security of the region and beyond at risk is clearly visible to the international community,” he said.
The Pakistani military is “fully vigilant to any type of threat,” the DG ISPR continued. Then, in Urdu, he reiterated the specifics of the downed Indian drones.
