Authorities stated that a 39-year-old man was apprehended in relation to the incident, and further inquiries are underway, withholding specific details on how it transpired.An incident on Tuesday prompted Tokyo to issue a caution to Japanese citizens before a soccer World Cup qualifier between the two countries, which proceeded as planned but faced a momentary pause due to a spectator adorned in patriotic slogans who ran onto the field.
